Removal and installation of the block of management by system of ventilation from a heater and К/В, removal and installation of the broad valve

Empty heating system, having disconnected hoses from the heat exchanger. On models with К/В discharge system K/V.
Remove the central section of the panel of devices and forward seats (the Body see the Head).
Unbend a sexual covering and remove air lines under forward seats.
Remove the panel of devices (the Body see the Head).

Disconnect from a beam of the panel of devices of a wire of grounding (6 on an illustration), cut cable couplers (7), give nuts and remove the average cable channel (8).
|

Turn out 3 bolts and remove the holder of the relay.
|
Turn out 4 screws of fastening of a steering column and remove it in gathering (the Suspension bracket and a steering see the Head).
|
|
Turn out 4 bolts (13 on an illustration) and remove an arm of pedals.
|
Turn out on 2 screws on each party (14 on an illustration) and remove two basic скобы the central part of a beam of the panel of devices.
Remove the stabilizer (15 on an illustration) on the central support and turn out 8 bolts of the central support (16).

Turn out on 2 bolts of external support (17 on an illustration) and remove a beam (18) panels of devices.
|
|
|
On models with АТ separate a socket of the block of management АТ and will put it aside (19 on an illustration).

Separate 4 sockets of the block of ventilation and heating from outside the passenger (20 on an illustration).
Lift the receiver, going from интеркулера to the throttle case.

Remove the holder э/м the valve перепускного the valve наддуваемого air. For this purpose at first uncover, then remove from the holder a socket and separate it then remove the holder from a partition of an impellent compartment and put aside.

Disconnect two hoses from the heat exchanger (23 on an illustration) and tubes (24) К/В from the broad valve, preliminary having turned out the central bolt.

Turn out 2 bolts and remove the broad valve.
|
|
Disconnect drain hoses on both parties of the block of ventilation and heating.
|
|
|
Turn out from an impellent compartment three screws of fastening of the block of ventilation and heating to a partition.
|
Raise a back part of the block and deduce it from a support.
Installation is made upside-down. Use new sealing rings.
