Removal, dismantling assemblage and installation of a rack of a suspension bracket

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

    Remove a forward wheel.
    Disconnect from the shock-absorber a rack of the stabilizer (3).
    Give two bottom nuts (4) fastenings of a rack to a rotary fist and clean aside the holder of electroconducting of the wheel gauge and a brake hose. Separate a rotary fist from a rack.
    Give three top bolts of fastening of a rack and remove assemblage of a rack of a forward suspension bracket.
    Clamp a rack in a vice and by means of the special adaptation compress a spring.
    Keeping the shock-absorber from проворачивания, give a counternut on its rod.

The reuse of a nut of fastening of a spring is not supposed.


    Remove the bearing and the top saddle of a spring (3), and also a spring, a rubber casing and the terminator of compression (4).
    Assemblage and installation are made upside-down. Pay attention to that the spring rested against a stopper on its bottom saddle.
